Spring Has Sprung...

Spring Has Sprung

Hello Spring and Hello to You! I hope that this month's newsletter finds you well and in good spirits!

It's Spring time and if you are like me I'm sure that you welcome the warmer weather. Spring is also a symbol of fresh starts and new beginnings. In order to make room for the fresh starts and new beginnings in our lives, we sometimes have to clean out the trash, de-clutter old unnecessary things and re-organize the things we want to keep. The best place to start this process is by looking at your Circle of Influence.

Your Circle of Influence refers to the People you spend the majority of your time with, the Places you spend the most time visiting and the Things you spend the majority of your time doing. Grab a piece of paper and a pen, I want you to do this exercise with me...

Step1. Draw a nice sized circle in the middle of your paper.

Step 2. In the middle if your circle write your name and the top 3 goals you have in life.

Step 3. To the outer right rim of your circle list the top 3 people you spend the majority of your time with.

Step 4. To the outer left rim of your circle write the top 3 things you spend the majority of your time doing.

Step 5. On the rim of your circle directly below your name, write the top 3 places you frequent the most.

Now, look at your Circle of Influence. If the #1, #2 and #3 people, places and things on your list are not actively pushing you, motivating you or prepping you to reach the #1, #2, and #3 goals in your life then it is time for a (let's say this together) CHANGE... It's time to do some Spring Cleaning!

Cleaning up can be tough, dirty work, but it is necessary! Our time is such a precious commodity. It's one thing in life that we can't get back or make more of once it's gone. Use your time wisely and try examine your Circle of Influence! If you want different outcomes in life, you've got to change your input!
