Greetings and Happy Friday to you! I am in awe of the fact that we are in March of 2015. February went by so fast... I didn't even have a chance to HELLO to you. So much has transpired in my life in just these 3 short months of the New Year, how about you? I have noticed that my life is changing right before my eyes. Some of this change has occurred without my consent and has been beyond my control. LOL Other aspects of change have happened in my life because of intentional planning on my part and the thoughtfulness and selflessness of others. Although it has not all been comfortable, each spectrum of change has been necessary and important. The funny thing about change is that whether we like it or not it is the one constant thing in our lives; some thing is always changing... Now on the other hand, there are some things in our lives that we need to change in order to truly live the lives we desire to have. Change can sometimes be hard, however, there are things that we can do to help us transition and work through the process of "change." This week on my radio show The Healing Place, our Guest Co-Host for the week, Samantha Edu shared with us the phases of change: Awareness, Action, Accommodation and Actualization. She stressed the importance of moving through each phase to get to where it is you are trying to go... click here to listen to the show and learn more about how to activate the change that is needed in your life. Take some time this weekend to reflect on the changes going on in your life as well as the changes that you need to make. If these changes are healthy and will enrich your life don't fight them. Embrace them! Trust the process, hold on tight and ride the wave! It is your season for change!
